PERSONALITY: Lisa Silverman (or Ginko, as called by Eikichi) is a high school student that stands out among the rest. Not only in appearance but personality as well. She has some confidence in herself as he is Seven Sister High School’s “self proclaimed” hottest girl in school. She can always be seen clinging to Tatsuya Suou, the mysterious protagonist of Persona 2, and has never been one to be subtle about her feelings towards him. She’s liked him since childhood despite her missing memories of that time that proves, even without her memories in place, Lisa is one of the more loyal people one could meet in their lives.

While she is a lot more cutesy with boys she likes, Lisa is a hothead at heart. She is an avid fan of Bruce Lee and a martial arts fanatic, even making references to him when fighting (“Dragon Knuckle!”, a reference to a Bruce Lee movie that uses Dragon in the title). She is well trained in the art of using her fist much to her father’s displeasure. But she tends to not care what he thinks, having a strong dislike towards him. But Lisa isn’t without her faults as she tends to act more mild with people she isn’t interested in but then straight up takes on a haughty tone with those she dislikes. This can be seen with Eikichi especially as they always tend to argue even over the littlest thing. She can get jealous easily as well and tends to pull pranks that can be seen as not so nice. Like when she puts makeup on Jun, who is her love rival to Tatsuya, only to be disappointed that he looks better in makeup than she does.

While most may not believe in, Lisa is quite insecure about herself. It is the main reason why she clings to Tatsuya initially in the first place. It’s because he’s so cool that she hopes that he can rub off on her, therefore making her feel better about herself as well. But she does so without thinking of Tatsuya’s feelings on the matter which is later corrected during her Shadow Fight when he chooses Jun to be his love interest over Lisa. She is very accepting of it and tells him that he is free to love whoever he wants but she will be a woman that he can be proud of one day.

Her insecurity mainly comes from her appearance and name as she is an America girl raised in Japan, the xenophobia and bullying affecting her quite a bit. Her parents never taught her English at all which also bites at her, often getting really upset when someone tells her to speak English because they expect her to. She gets upset over any assumptions about her like when she snaps at her friends for assuming that she’d want to be apart of their idol group without even asking her. Her father wanted her to be the perfect Japanese woman though she rebelled against it, learning to speak Cantonese more than Japanese. She also engaged in more mild drug use along with compensated dating with older men.

After her confrontation with Shadow Lisa, she is a lot more willing to accept her flaws. She realizes that she is pathetic and takes other people’s feelings into account. She is going to do her best to be a lot less selfish as her Shadow pointed out that she was, especially when Tatsuya’s feelings came into play.

REASON: Lisa is a very active person with her emotions. She is never one to hide them which can be seen with her blatant crush on Tatsuya. She is also very punch first and ask questions later, always ready to show anyone who she thinks is an enemy her sweet moves. She also tends to not be able to resist an argument if she's brought into it. Even if the situation isn't ideal like during battles in her own canon. She doesn't like assumptions being made about her and will actively battle against them or call someone out on it. Her whole life has been spent being a rebel so maybe it's best to pair her up with a leader on missions...
